1. Subscription Commitment

All subscription plans are prepaid:

• Weekly Flex – billed weekly

• Monthly Saver – billed monthly

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

However:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

• If cancellation is made after billing, the next delivery cycle will still be fulfilled.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

• Log into your Razorpay and stop payments

4. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails:

• Delivery will be paused automatically

• You will receive a notification

• Service resumes once payment is successful

Products should be refrigerated upon delivery.

• Discontinue products

Changes will not affect active billing cycles.

3. Limitation of Liability

Boiled Eggs is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions

• Improper storage by customer

• Delays caused by third-party delivery partners

• Indirect or consequential damages

4. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt fraudulent refund claims
